These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of OneStride, an AI-powered adaptive running coach that uses wearable data and daily check-ins to personalize training and recovery recommendations. By using OneStride, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use OneStride only in compliance with applicable laws.

Coaching Guidance

OneStride provides training and recovery recommendations for informational and educational purposes. Recommendations may be generated using your goals, daily check-ins, workout context, wearable data, and AI systems.

OneStride does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a medical device. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms, or concerns about your health.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to follow any recommendation. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, faintness, severe shortness of breath, unusual pain, or other concerning symptoms.

Connected Services

OneStride may allow you to connect third-party services such as Oura. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You may disconnect third-party services according to their settings or by contacting us.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OneStride, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, upload malicious content, or use OneStride in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

OneStride, including its name, design, content, and software, is owned by OneStride or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of information you provide, subject to the rights needed for us to operate and improve the service.

Disclaimers

OneStride is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that recommendations will be accurate, complete, safe for every individual, or available without interruption.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneStride will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OneStride after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
